Co-founder Howard Krais has co-authored Leading the Listening Organisation, published in December 2023.

The book, the first of its type to take a leadership listening focus, builds on the work on organisational listening that the team been doing since 2018. This work includes four reports that are available to all.

Leading the Listening Organisation considers how organisations listen, learn and adapt to their environment and how listening drives success and long-term sustainability. It focuses on how employees can use the voice of their people to improve decision-making, innovation and performance. It is about why listening to employees matters and how to do it well. 

Howard has spoken widely on listening at public conferences and client events including why now is the Age of Listening. Together with writing and talking about Listening, we have also developed a range of products and services that can help your business to improve how it listens.
