We are Two

True is two today. Happy birthday to us πŸŽ‚.
We have really enjoyed the last two years. Big thank you to all the brilliant clients we've worked with. We have learnt so much and we're still speaking to each other πŸ˜„.
Our core messages of people-centred change, by which we mean doing change with people rather than to them, of the importance of proper listening and of delivering real value to the businesses we support are perhaps even more valid now than they were two years ago.
Thanks to so many people for their support, encouragement and wisdom. We're just getting started.

Howard Krais

Before Co-Founding True, Howard spent much of his career in senior in house communications and engagement roles at businesses such as Ernst & Young, GSK and latterly Johnson Matthey. 

 Over the past five and a half years, together with Mike Pounsford and Kevin Ruck, Howard has led work focused on how organisations listen. Following four ground-breaking reports, a book, entitled β€œLeading the Listening Organisation” was published by Routledge in December 2023.
