Co-founder Howard Krais has co-authored Listening the Listening Organisation, published in December 2023.

The book, the first of its type to take a leadership listening focus, builds on the work on organisational listening that the team been doing since 2018. This work includes four reports that are available to all.

The book considers how organisations listen, learn and adapt to their environment and how listening drives success and long-term sustainability. It focuses on how employees can use the voice of their people to improve decision-making, innovation and performance. It is about why listening to employees matters and how to do it well.
